1. About these Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and web application at tennissocialclub.co(the “Platform”), operated by Tennis Social Club (“TSC”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be of legal age (the age of majority where you live) and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Platform. By using it, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and kept up to date.

3. Accounts, Players and Members

Tennis Social Club is a members' racquet community. The Platform has two kinds of participation:

• Players — anyone may create a Player account. Players can book courts, book coaches, and use player matchmaking.
• Members — membership is a separate, limited status, offered through capped named intakes and through invitations from existing members. Applying does not guarantee membership; places in each intake are limited. The club never says no — only “not yet.” If an intake is full, you remain on the list for a future intake.

Becoming a full Member. Once admitted to an intake, you join as a Provisional Member. You become a Full Member by activating your membership — by playing your first match or attending an open session, as described on the Platform. Full Members unlock access to the members-only boutique.

Founding Members. The first members to activate (up to the limit published on the Platform) become Founding Members and receive the benefits then described on the Platform, which may include a Founding Member card, a merchandise discount for a stated period, and a preserved discount on any future membership tier. Founding benefits are personal to you, are not transferable, and apply on the terms published at the time.

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@tennissocialclub.co if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. Court and coach bookings

The Platform lets you request and arrange bookings with participating courts and coaches.

TSC is only an intermediary. We provide a platform that connects players with independent third-party courts and coaches — we do not own, operate, employ, control, vet, screen, verify, endorse, or guarantee any of them. We do not check their credentials, qualifications, licences, insurance, or the condition or safety of any facility. The session itself is provided solely by the court or coach, who are responsible for their own services, staff, premises, and compliance with the law. TSC is not a party to the agreement between you and a court or coach. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TSC is not liable for the acts, omissions, conduct, quality, safety, qualifications, or availability of any court or coach, or for any injury, loss, or damage arising from their services.Any dispute about a session is between you and that provider.

• A booking is confirmed when the relevant court or coach accepts your request (you will receive a confirmation). Until then, a request is not guaranteed.
• Any court or coaching fees are a matter between you and that provider, paid at the venue. TSC does not process those payments.
• Cancellations and no-shows: each court or coach sets its own cancellation policy, which is shown before you book. Please cancel in good time; repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your booking privileges.
• We may limit, suspend, or cancel bookings where necessary (for example, for misuse, safety, or provider unavailability).

5. Matchmaking and member conduct

Player matchmaking lets members find and connect with other players. When using the Platform and attending sessions, you agree to:

• treat other members, coaches, and staff with respect, and follow any club code of conduct and venue rules;
• provide accurate profile information and use matchmaking in good faith;
• not harass, threaten, discriminate against, or endanger anyone;
• not use the Platform or member information for commercial solicitation, spam, or any unlawful purpose.

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts that breach these standards (see Section 11).

6. Physical activity — assumption of risk

Tennis and other racquet sports involve physical exertion and a risk of injury. You take part voluntarily and at your own risk. You confirm that you are physically fit to participate, and you are responsible for assessing your own ability and for any medical conditions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TSC is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in any activity, session, or match arranged through the Platform. Courts and coaches are responsible for the safety of the facilities and services they provide.

7. The members' boutique

The boutique is available to eligible Members.

• Orders: placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is unavailable or details are incorrect).
• Prices: prices are shown on the Platform and may change from time to time. A flat delivery fee, in the amount shown at checkout, applies per order.
• Payment: at launch, payment is by Cash on Delivery — you pay the delivery agent when your order arrives. We do not collect card or bank details. We may introduce other payment methods in future on updated terms.
• Founding discount: eligible Founding Members receive the published Founding merchandise discount, for the period stated on the Platform, applied automatically at checkout.
• Delivery: we deliver within our published delivery area. Delivery times are estimates. Risk and ownership of items pass to you on delivery and payment.
• No refunds — size exchanges only: all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. If an item does not fit, you may exchange it for a different size of the same item, within the exchange window shown on the Platform, provided it is unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and subject to stock availability.
• Personalised items: some pieces carry a personalised name under the Tennis Social Club tag. Because these are made for you, please check your size and details carefully before ordering — personalised items cannot be exchanged or refunded unless faulty.
• Faulty items: if an item is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will put it right as required by law.

8. Intellectual property

The Platform and all its content — including the Tennis Social Club name, logo, emblem, designs, text, and graphics — are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from them without our prior written permission.

9. Your content

If you upload or submit content (such as a profile photo or messages), you keep ownership of it, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, and display that content as needed to operate the Platform. You confirm you have the right to share it and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or break the law. We may remove content that breaches these Terms.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Platform for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or other accounts, or interfere with its security or operation;
• scrape, harvest, or misuse other members' data;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation;
• upload viruses or malicious code, or overload or disrupt the Platform.

11. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access — including membership — if you breach these Terms, misuse the Platform, or where necessary to protect members, staff, partners, or TSC. Where appropriate and lawful, we will give you notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.

12. Third-party services

The Platform relies on third-party providers (for example, hosting, email, and delivery partners) and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of third parties, and your dealings with them are at your own risk.

13. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that bookings, matches, or items will always be available. We disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Lebanese law, TSC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited (such as for death or personal injury caused by our proven negligence, or for fraud). Where we are found liable, our total liability is limited to the total amounts you paid us in connection with the relevant claim, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold TSC harmless from claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you through the Platform or by email. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lebanon, unless you and we agree in writing to resolve it another way.
